Totterdown Preschool welcomes Early Years Funding, including the universal 15 hours, the working parents funding, as well as FEET funding. The universal funding entitles a child to have up to 15 hours of funded early years provision a week, for 38 weeks a year. This will commence the term after your childs 3rd birthday or for FEET funded children, the term after your childs 2nd birthday. You will also need to complete an Early Years Declaration Form at the beginning of each and every term, Totterdown Preschool will provide you with the necessary paperwork when the time comes.

In addition to the above, any parent wishing to claim the working parents funding you will need to provide your National Insurance number and eligibility code, which will need to be obtained through the government website (please see below link to the best Start in Life website). Please note that in the case of working parents funding, parents will need to join the scheme in the previous term to wishing to begin using these funded hours. This code cannot be applied for once the term has commenced i.e. 31st August for September (Autumn term), 31st December for January (Spring term), and 31st March for April (summer term).
