Totterdown Preschool’s paramount responsibility is the welfare and well-being of all children in our care. In our preschool we create an environment in which children are safe from abuse/neglect and in which, any suspicion of abuse is promptly and appropriately responded to in-line with our safeguarding policy and procedures. You must have childcare qualification minimum level 3, be a team player, and willing to try your hand at anything. Here there is no such thing as someone’s  job, we all help each other. In this vital role, you will lead a small team of proficient professionals and nurture children aged 2-4 years, creating a safe, engaging, and loving environment that promotes their growth and development. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will inspire both the children and the staff to achieve their potential and be the best they can be.
